On Saturday, 25.07.2020 the GearHeads & friends day took place in Schwerzenbach.
The board of directors of The Swiss GearHeads had invited to an open barbecue from 15.00 o’clock in the sports facility Schwerzenbach.
With best weather (sunshine, minimal wind and pleasant 27 degrees) the members and guests arrived one by one and were informed by Carsten at the check-in about the valid Corona guidelines.
After handing out the wristbands, some members immediately spread out to the bar, where Frank cheerfully supplied them with the first drinks as usual, other members took the opportunity and changed in the changing rooms of the location, so that a great mixture of different fetishes (leather, rubber, puppies, sportswear, neoprene (thanks, Wilma, for representing this fetish so well) could be seen on the course.
Conveniently the sun was still shining quite long, so that the short water battle (a wonderful cooling down with the summerly temperatures) could dry the wet clothes literally in no time (right, doggie, we wrung our wrists…)
Around 17.30 all registered participants had arrived and Kay gave a short welcome speech, afterwards Carsten and Marco played an entertaining game (Puppy-Agility, the aim was to overcome an admittedly difficult course and to have enough puff to inflate a balloon at the end…).
Afterwards the grill was released and the salad buffet was set up. Quickly the smell of roasted sausages and various other fine grilled goods was in the air.
The conversations did not stop even while eating and also at the bar was always a good starting point to continue a conversation.
At the bar, Frank, Roman (Twitch) and Marco took turns and thanks to the two refrigerators and the ice cubes that had been procured with wise foresight, the drinks were served pleasantly cool until early in the morning.
The party went on until the early morning hours, and on the other day Sebastian, Frank, Roman, Marco, Carsten, Kay, Markus and Silvan helped to clean up.
For the great day / evening say thank you:
Your Karla Kolumna aka Marco
